Attention Delegates

Due to the resurgence of Covid in our communities, The Delegate Assembly will be held via Zoom on Saturday, September 25, 2021 from 10 am-12 Noon.

We will be approving our annual budget as well as changes to the by-laws. Delegates, please make sure that you have the correct Delegate form turned in to the Albuquerque office by September 10, 2021; if you have not already done so.

Remember, to be a Delegate, you must be a member in good standing for at least 6 months. Only certified Delegates will be allowed to vote. All Delegates are encouraged to attend. Please contact the office to RSVP and to obtain the Zoom link by September 20, 2021.

By-Laws: The Bylaws Committee has finished revising the Bylaws to be more in line with the National Union. The delegates will have an opportunity to review and vote on them at the Delegate Assembly.

Delegate Training! New series starting soon! New & Experienced Delegates can receive additional training in a group setting. Topics include grievance training and problem investigation and general delegate responsibilities.  The trainings are led by Mauricio Segovia and Maria Burke. 

When: Third Monday of every month, starting October 18, 2021, at 5PM

NUHHCE National Board meeting will take place via Zoom (thanks to Covid) September 12-13, 2021. Delma DeLora will be attending as our representative.

Boletín Informativo de District 1199NM

Atención Delegados

Debido al resurgimiento de Covid en nuestras comunidades, la Asamblea de Delegados se llevará a cabo mediante Zoom el sábado 25 de septiembre, 2021, de 10am a 12 del mediodía.

Estaremos aprobando nuestro presupuesto anual como también cambios a los estatutos.  Delegados, por favor asegúrense de que hayan entregado el formulario de Delegados correcto a la oficina de Albuquerque para el 10 de septiembre; si hasta ahora no lo han hecho.

Recuerde, para ser un Delegado, usted tiene que ser un miembro en buen estado por lo menos 6 meses.  Solamente a Delegados certificados se les permitirá votar.  A todos los Delegados se les anima a asistir.  Por favor contacte a la oficina para responder (RSVP) y para obtener el enlace de Zoom para el 20 de septiembre, 2021.

Estatutos: El Comité de Estatutos ha terminado de revisar los Estatutos y están en línea con el Sindicato Nacional.  Los delegados tendrán una oportunidad de revisarlos y votar sobre ellos en la Asamblea de Delegados.

¡Capacitación de Delegados!  ¡Nueva serie comenzando pronto! Los Delegados nuevos y experimentados pueden recibir capacitación adicional en una configuración de grupos.  Los temas incluirán capacitación de quejas e investigación de problemas y responsabilidades generales de delegados.  Las capacitaciones son dirigidas por Mauricio Segovia y Maria Burke. 

Cuando: Tercer lunes de cada mes, comenzando el 18 de octubre, 2021 a las 5pm.
