Union dues are set by our national union and are based on your base pay and the number of hours you work. Over-time, differentials, or specialty pay are not included in this calculation. The formula is 2% (of base pay) X hours per pay period. Dues are paid by an equitable percentage system. The maximum any member pays is $37.50 per pay period. it works out to approximately 1 - 1.5 hours of your hourly pay every two weeks. Your dues ensure your Unions' strength!
