Negotiations Update: Negotiations resume 5/10. No meetings took place this week.

UH Managers do not have to act with integrity? A manager in this facility stated one thing in a journal entry meeting and then wrote the journal entry stating something very different and much worse. The Union has filed a grievance on this issue. The hospital has twice denied that this is a problem and states management did the right thing. Since when, is it OK for hospital managers to misrepresent and lie? If you have examples of this kind of behavior, please contact the office ASAP.

We were deeply saddened to learn that Araceli Martinez, left this earth on April 24, 2021. She had been a Union member since 1998. Araceli had the brightest smile, and she so deeply loved her grandchildren. She was excited to begin her studies at CNM to further her nursing career.
Our sincere condolences to her mother Manuela Gonzales and husband Tanny, her children, Raquel Garcia and husband George, Melissa Padilla, Estevan Padilla and spouse Pamela Garcia, and Amanda Padilla and spouse Tim Martinez and her grandchildren Andrew, Aaliyah, Alejandro, Dominic, Jordan, Chanelle, Estevan, Ezekiel, and Ambrielle.
May you rest in peace, Araceli.

Actualización de las negociaciones: las negociaciones se resumen el 5/10. No se llevó a cabo ningún reunión esta semana.
Uniformes para el personal de apoyo: si usted está teniendo problemas para obtener uniformes, incluyendo retrasos, por favor contacte a la oficina al 505-884-7713.
¿Los Gerentes del HU no tienen que actuar con integridad? Un gerente en estas instalaciones escribió una cosa en la reunión de entrada de diario y después escribió la entrada de diario expresando algo muy diferente y mucho más peor. El Sindicato ha presentado una queja sobre esta cuestión. El hospital ha denegado dos veces que ésto es un problema y expone que la administración hizo lo correcto. ¿Desde cuándo está bien que un gerente del hospital tergiverse y mienta? Si usted tiene ejemplos de este tipo de conducta, por favor contacte a la oficina lo más pronto posible.

Estamos profundamente tristes al saber que Araceli Martínez dejó esta tierra el 24 de abril, 2021. Ella había sido un miembro del Sindicato desde 1998. Araceli tenía la sonrisa más brillante y ella quería tanto a sus nietos. Ella estaba emocionada de comenzar sus estudios en CNM para adelantar su carrera de enfermería.
