1199NM Election Announcement
Each candidate who submitted nominations was unopposed, and was therefore declared elected according to the AFSCME “Local Union Election Manual” and the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Labor-Management Standards “Conducting Local Union Officer Elections”
1199NM is honored to announce the final results of the 2012 Union Officers Election. We would like to thank the Election and Objection Committee for their efforts during this important process, as well as the candidates who have taken the initiative to represent their respective bargaining units and the District as a whole. They will be formally inducted on November 10, 2012 at the 1199NM Delegate Assembly.
