SCOTUS Hands Down Decision on Janus v. AFSCME

June 27, 2018: Today the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) handed down a descision on Janus v. AFSCME which dealt a serious blow to Public Sector Unions. This majority ruling will no longer allow Public Sector Unions to collect Agency Fees for members who are defined to be within a bargaining unit and refuse to pay union dues. Read more here.
